HAGUE 7000 Carbon 14 Bubbler

Four-pot carbon 14 bubbler with oxidation furnace, for sampling gaseous and organic carbon 14 at nuclear facilities.

The carbon 14 activity in the collected sample is measured daily, weekly or monthly with a liquid scintillation counter and related to the sampled air volume. The aeraulic circuit is made of 316L stainless steel, with a membrane air pump and an inlet particle filter. The bubbler is delivered with a power supply cable, four glass vials with caps, calibration certificates and a user guide in English.

  • Collects carbon 14 in both gaseous (CO₂ and CO) and organic forms, using four vials and a catalytic furnace
  • Cooling system keeps about 7 °C in the bottles, reducing evaporation and allowing weekly collection
  • Air flow regulated in standard litres per hour, calibrated with a COFRAC certified air flow calibrator
  • Instant opening cabinet for retrieval of the four bubbling bottles
  • For atmospheric sampling on exhaust stacks and in the environment
