Data controller

Nuklex AB, company reg. no. 556569-1721, Ullforsgatan 13, SE-752 28 Uppsala, Sweden, is the controller for the processing of personal data on nuklex.se. Questions about how we handle personal data can be sent to sales@nuklex.se.

What data we collect

When you send a quotation request or a message through the website, we process the details you provide: name, organisation, email address, phone number (if provided), country, your message and the products the request concerns.

Why we process the data

We use the data to answer your request, prepare a quotation and conduct any further business dialogue. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer requests and, where it leads to a sale, taking steps prior to entering into a contract. We do not use the data for newsletters or marketing without your consent.

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting sale, and thereafter for no more than 24 months if no agreement has been concluded. Data that forms part of accounting records is kept for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.

Who has access to the data

The data is handled by Nuklex. To make the website and forms work, we use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection) and Resend (delivery of form messages via Resend's EU region). We never sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use cookies for tracking, statistics or advertising. The quote list is stored locally in your browser (local storage) until you send the request or empty the list – it is not sent to us until you submit the form yourself. The spam protection Cloudflare Turnstile may use technically necessary information to distinguish people from automated programs.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to the processing and to request restriction. Contact us at sales@nuklex.se. If you believe that we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
